Harry Kane sent his gratitude to Bayern Munich. He and his family were present on the field after the victory over Wolfsburg.
After Bayern’s 2-0 win over Wolfsburg on Sunday, a match Kane did not attend due to a back injury, the England captain took his family down to the Allianz Arena to thank the fans.
WHAT DID HARRY KANE SAY?
“Big thank you to all the fans for making me and my family feel welcomed and at home this season. It’s been incredible to share beautiful moments with my family on the pitch. Thank you to the fans for the support after the club’s win. We’ll strive to finish the season on a positive note next weekend. 🙌 #MiaSanMia.”
Bayern went empty-handed for the first time in a season since 2012. However, Kane still shined brightly with more than 40 goals in all competitions. This striker will continue to search for titles with Bayern next season.
Kane was injured in Bayern’s 2-1 loss to Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-finals last week. He hopes to be able to recover in time to play in their final Bundesliga match – away to Hoffenheim on Saturday afternoon.
