According to RMC Sport, Collectif Ultras Paris is preparing an epic response at Parc des Princes in the second leg of the C1 semi-finals.
Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) will face Borussia Dortmund on the evening of May 7th. The club has called on all fans to passionately support the players from the very first minutes.
As usual, the Ultras PSG have prepared an impressive tifo display, which may even surpass the Star Wars theme they used in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals against Barcelona.
Collectif Ultras Paris, also known as CUP, is the only ultra group allowed into the Parc des Princes stadium. According to information from RMC Sport, they are currently negotiating with the Paris Saint-Germain leadership about the possibility of allowing fans to invade the pitch to celebrate, if PSG can successfully overturn the deficit against Borussia Dortmund.
The upcoming showdown with the German team marks the first Champions League semi-final where PSG fans are allowed into the stadium, as the previous semi-finals in 2020 against RB Leipzig and in 2021 against Manchester City took place amidst empty stands due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Pyrotechnics will also be used at the Parc des Princes, although the club faces the risk of UEFA sanctions, which could result in the partial closure of the stadium for the opening Champions League match next season. Alongside the unveiling of a giant tifo display, there are plans for a wave of pyrotechnics to be ignited, aiming to make the atmosphere of the match even more intense and lively.
PSG needs unconditional support from its fans – those who will play a crucial role in cheering for the players. Previously, coach Luis Enrique has often expressed that PSG fans are among the most passionate fanbases in Europe.
Recently, the Ultras PSG group also issued a call for the upcoming showdown.
“On the evening of May 8th (French time), we will face one of the most important matches in the club’s history. The match could lead us to Wembley to compete in a new Champions League final…
The Parc des Princes stands are predicted to be “red with fire” in the upcoming great battle.
We call on all Parisians to unite as one, proudly wearing the team’s jersey right from the start of the week. Our passion and fervor must spread throughout the city, even along the pathways leading to the Parc des Princes stadium, because Paris Saint-Germain is the club for all Parisians…
We will cheer endlessly, our legendary stadium will be a flame igniting our players’ fight and intimidating our opponents, from the beginning of the match until the final whistle, regardless of the score!
Together, we will be invincible!
The second leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-final between PSG and Borussia Dortmund will take place on May 7th according to Vietnam time. This promises to be a tense encounter, not only on the pitch but also in the stands of the Parc des Princes – which is set to become a real cauldron under the passionate support of PSG fans.
