Hollywood actress Anne Hathaway was extremely surprised when she received a private message from Arsenal star Leandro Trossard.

The American movie star, known to be an avid Arsenal fan, was taken aback when she received a message from forward Leandro Trossard while appearing on the Today Show, leaving her speechless and at a loss for words.

Actors Anne Hathaway and Nicholas Galitzine were promoting their upcoming film ‘The Idea of You’ on the Today Show. The host temporarily paused the interview and showed the two actors a surprise video message from Trossard. In the message, the Belgian forward said: “Hello Anne, I really liked how you celebrated my goal the other day. Keep supporting the team and hopefully we’ll meet you at the Emirates soon.”

Prior to that, a video of Hathaway and Galitzine went viral as the two actors celebrated Trossard’s goal in the match against Wolves. In the video, Hathaway spontaneously exclaimed: “I love you!”
