Midfielder Konrad Laimer of Bayern Munich suffered an injury during the 31st round Bundesliga match against Eintracht Frankfurt. Munich’s player could not continue the match after being in pain and requesting a substitution in the first half. He was replaced by Aleksandar Pavlovic in the 28th minute. Notably, during his brief time on the field, Laimer provided an assist to Harry Kane in the 9th minute.

In the current season, the 26-year-old player from the Austrian national team has appeared in 39 matches across all competitions, scoring 1 goal and providing 2 assists. He joined Bayern in the summer after transferring from RB Leipzig on a free transfer.

Laimer has been a regular player for Bayern this season.

Bayern Munich is currently in second place in the Bundesliga and has relinquished the championship to Bayer. Next up, Thomas Tuchel’s team will play the first leg of the Champions League semi-final against Real Madrid. The first match of this pair will be held at the Allianz Arena.
