Antonio Rüdiger said in a recent interview with Real Madrid that his dream is “to create a lot of jobs” in his mother’s home country of Sierra Leone.

He already started a foundation to help underprivileged people in the country, and he previously donated over $100,000 to support free quality education and gave all of his 2022 World Cup earnings to fund life-changing surgeries for children in need there.
