Paris Saint-Germain is edging closer to a record-breaking transfer deal, with a replacement striker for Kylian Mbappe identified.
According to the press in Italy, Ligue 1 giant PSG has beaten all rivals in the race to sign Victor Osimhen in this summer transfer window.
It is reported that PSG has agreed to pay €120 million to secure the services of the striker as a replacement for Kylian Mbappe, as the French forward has decided not to renew his contract with PSG and is almost certain to leave.
According to Il Martino, this is the latest release clause added to the agreement between Victor Osimhen and the reigning Serie A champions, signed in December 2023, when earlier reports suggested a fee of around €80 million.
Also according to reports from Il Martino, at his new club, the Nigerian striker will sign a 4-year contract with a salary of €13 million per season, along with full image rights. When Osimhen plays at the Park des Princes, he will receive 100% of the image rights.
